Artist Statement

My intention is to express the good and beautiful.

I expect the good and beautiful and all the things I need are already supplied and presently in my life for me to experience now.

May I give mastership qualities which are already within me.  As I unfold constantly as an artist in order to give, I am unfolding not for the purpose of having my senses acted upon. Rather I unfold to give all that I and my senses are capable of giving.  Then shall my life be transformed.

In this transformation I shall realize all the capabilities, all the gifts and all the demonstrations of love which are radiated by those in the spiritual worlds.  Then too, will I be the master of my world.  The master of my fate.

My work is an organic expression of freedom and surrender.  The very act of painting for me is about being in the moment and living in a sea of color and light.  What ends up on the canvas is of little concern.  Soul’s delight is in the action of creating.

I wish to thank the author of The Key To Eckankar, Paul Twitchell, for the inspiration of this artist statement.
